The tax of CHF 3.20 per person and night is not included and will be charged additionally.

Room rates during "Basel World" and "Art Basel" should be asked separately.

If you will stay longer than 30 day we will reduce the costs about 30% for your complete residence.

The payment has to be made in advance. If we will get your booking, we will send you the bill with our banking account. If your booking is very short-dated you can pay at the guesthouse at the beginning of your stay.

If you would like to cancel a reservation, we will have to charge you the following costs:
30 - 8 days before arrival 30%,
7 - 1 days before arrival 50%,
no cancellation before arrival day: 100% of the complete price.

To charge you the correct cancellation costs we will take the date of the incoming message. At weekends or holidays we will calculate with the following working day.
